Large Family Bedroom: A separate stairway from the Games Room leads to a large family room with one double and two single beds. This attractive room has its own ensuite shower, bath and toilet, as well as a sofa and television.

Family Bedroom: Sleeps 4 in a 5ft double bed and two 3ft singles. Ensuite Shower and Victorian fireplace. Cots & highchairs are available if required.

Master Bedroom: Four-Poster bed with ensuite bathroom. Attractive barrelled ceiling and open fireplace.
