Useful Information

- Linen & towels provided - please bring your own beach towels

- 1 wooden cot, 1 travel cot, 1 high chair provided. NO cot linen

- Only guests listed on the booking form can stay or use the facilities at Sutton Barton Farm House

- Well behaved pets are allowed after arrangement with the owner, a charge of £ 25.00 per pet will apply.

- Cheques should be made payable to “Sutton Barton Farm House”.

- No Fireworks are allowed at Sutton Barton Farm House as we are surrounded by livestock.

- Sutton Barton Farm House is a working Dairy Farm and visitors are welcome to see the animals and cows being milked by arrangement with us.

- Food: We would urge you to look at the list of local food shops and perhaps buy the commodity products from the supermarkets and buy the meat, fish, fruit and veg locally. You will notice the difference.

- Fresh mackerel and crab from Beer beach

- the best beef and sausages (winner of the best sausage in the South West for years and years) from Colyton butchers

- Otter bitter from the Honiton Wine shop (Gold Award Great Taste Awards 08)

- Groceries can be delivered to your holiday cottage from the following markets:
